Red Jackets Seasoned Wedges

Cut red jackets potatoes into wedges, spray with oil and sprinkle with your choice of ready-made seasonings available off the shelf at your supermarket.

Try coating with:
• cajun seasoning
• morrocan seasoning
• mixed herbs
• lemon pepper

or combine a little rock salt, black pepper and your favourite chopped fresh herbs.

Mix seasoning through potatoes and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes until tender.
