1kg gourmet fingerling potatoes
3 or 4 peeled and quartered organic carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
Combine together. Spread on a roasting pan. I prefer an aluminum foil covered one to help with cleanup.
Roast at 260°C. for an hour.
