Suggested Cooking Method

Cooking instructions are a guide only

Boil / Salad (20 – 30 minutes)
• Boil in lightly salted water for 20-30 minutes
• Drain and pour cold water over potatoes, skins can now be removed if required

Roast – 200°C (50 minutes)
• Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, drain and peel.
• Heat sunflower oil in an ovenproof dish (to cover the base) to 200 °C , season

Potatoes and place in hot oil
• Roast in the oven for 50 minutes or until tender and golden
• Turn potatoes occasionally to prevent sticking

Oven – 200 °C (45 – 60 minutes)
• Prick the skins of whole potatoes with a fork, rub potatoes with oil for a soft
skin or with salt for a crispy skin
• Bake in a per-heated oven at 200°C for 45-60 minutes or until baked through
• Remove from oven and cut a cross into the potatoes, gently press the sides and top with filling or sauce of your choice
